What is your Guarantee of After Sales policy?

Yes, we frequently have promotions and discounts on various products.

Clients have 3 months Guarantee under the following conditions:

1. Money paid is not Refundable

2. Clients have 48 hours to verify their products and are free to change it to any other product of same price

3. After 48 hours to 3 months, clients benefit from free repairs in case of any problem, but have to buy any damaged parts such as broken screens, cases, chasis, damages from virus

attack which may affect hard drives, rams and other hardwares

4. Clients are encourage to back up their data in a second device such as external hard drive, USB flash, another computer, or even online because we will not be responsible for any lost of data before, during or after the guarantee period

5. Though no antivirus is 100% perfect, Clients are encouraged to purchase good antivirus, or update existing ones, if the sales package comes with antivirus.

6. At any time, customers can add money and swap/troc their goods, provided it is in good condition; in so far as the laptop was bought from us. Negotiations on this will be done based on understanding and agreement of both parties

7. Lastly, at delivery, we provide customers our hot after sales line and encourage them to contact us when they have problems, than take it to other technicians
